SOCIAL MEDIA

DLA’s social media policy is to report on DLA events and activities, and provide updates and items of interest to anyone who follows us.

DLA’s official website (legaudit.akleg.gov) is the go-to source for information; however, fast-changing information may be more current on our social media pages. When in doubt about which content is the most current, call the office at 907-465-3830.

Social media is a 24/7 medium; however, DLA’s staff does not monitor the sites round-the-clock. We may not see every inappropriate comment right away. DLA assumes no responsibility for the content or management of information not posted by authorized DLA employees.

The purpose of DLA’s social media account is to provide information to the public.  Please do not make inappropriate comments on DLA’s social media, including, but not limited to a comment that:

  • is not related to the topic of the post
  • is discriminatory, abusive, or slanderous
  • contains obscene language
  • is primarily a business advertisement

Inappropriate comments may be deleted.
